Have your coach or a friend grab your feet (if you don’t have a friend isn’t telling a stranger “hey grab my feet” a great ice breaker?) 2. Then lean forward as far as you can then backwards opening shoulders 3. Notice how @owen_tong05 keeps pushing through his shoulders so his upper back is rounded.
