Ashlee Buzzard has been charged with first-degree murder in her daughter Melodee Buzzard’s killing, which a criminal complaint said was carried out with exceptional “cruelty” and “viciousness.” Buzzard pleaded not guilty. CNN has reached out to Buzzard’s attorney for comment.
