TROUT STOCKING HAS BEGUN AT LAKE AMADOR 🥳 🐟 The surface temp of the lake has reached the mark for us to start releasing trout! 500lbs was let go yesterday right at the blue dock. There were a few blues and trophy sized fish but most were all Cutbows in the 2lb class. I would expect these fish to start out running a little deeper in the 15’ range but the lake is cooling fast with the chilly nights and most trout should be feeding right on top very soon.
