Dancing milonga used to be challenging when I started out. I found it hard to communicate the fast changes of weight to the followers. I felt awkward and disconnected in the close embrace… and insecure about the types of steps to use. I would use the milonga tanda to go to the toilets… and even had to turn down invitations from followers I was regularly dancing tango with! That didn’t feel nice… One day, I decided that enough was enough. I couldn’t keep missing out on 25% of my tango nights! So,
