Had an absolute blast today at World Gym in Tuggerah. Lilly @embody.form_ was mean enough to introduce me to the Nordic Drop and of course I got way too excited the moment I saw a machine I had never touched before. She was cool enough to walk me through it and honestly we were cracking up the whole time. Great laughs and an absolutely unreal exercise.
