One of the most integral things that we pride ourselves on at Quooker, as well as our sophisticated dispensing mechanism (for the boiling) is the safety of said mechanism. The boiling, chilled and sparkling are all delivered using a separate switch to the regular hot/cold lever. The patented operating mechanism means that one has to have prior knowledge of how the tap works to use it.
