On a small hill West of the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, there is a small yellow flower. Catch the flower as it moves around the hill until you find the Korok Seed.
Location: Just west of Akkala Ancient Tech Lab is a pile of decayed guardians. A rock is found on the ground by the westernmost decayed guardian. Lift the rock to reveal the hidden Korok.
