In the first premiere episode, the identity of Googly Eyes has finally been revealed, and it is 10-time MLB All-Star and World Series champion David Ortiz. Kelly Osbourne is slated to return after she appeared as a contestant on the show during Season 2 to honour her father, Ozzy Osbourne, during “Ozzfest Night.”

A familiar face to Boston was revealed on the season premiere of ‘The Masked Singer’ on Wednesday night. Former Boston Red Sox star David Ortiz, known as Big Papi, performed Lil Jon’s hit ‘Turn Down for What’ while dressed as a googly-eyed monster. His performance led to him receiving the fewest votes on the episode.
