Packages of ground beef that were distributed in six states are being recalled for concerns of E. coli contamination. Mountain West Food Group recalled approximately 2,855 pounds of raw ground beef sold under the Forward Farms brand, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture release issued Dec. 27.
