Cleveland’s lakefront nonprofit has picked a developer to shape the future of 50 acres of the waterfront – the sea of pavement north of Huntington Bank Field and the land where the stadium now sits.

The redevelopment area spans roughly 50 acres of prime lakefront land, including about 25 acres of surface parking north of Huntington Bank Field.

The North Coast Waterfront Development Corporation (NCWDC) is a nonprofit established by the City of Cleveland to develop the lakefront.
